How deposits work in Scotland

There are three: SafeDeposits Scotland, Letting Protection Service Scotland and mydeposits Scotland. If there is a disagreement about cleaning at the end of the tenancy, the scheme offers a free dispute resolution service, and the property is usually compared with the check in inventory.
